secure payments
we have a secure payment site, (the 'padlock' next to the address bar on your browser confirms the transaction is being made over a secure network) using industry leading security and fraud prevention systems to protect your payments. We can accept payments from all major credit and debit cards. You may also use Google checkout or your Paypal account. If you do not have a paypal account, you can register and then continue with your transaction. We can process your payment over the phone if you'd prefer. Please telephone 01903 724893 or email us at tanya@partythings2go.co.uk and we will call you back. You can also pay by cheque but please remember to leave enough time for your cheque to arrive with us and to clear.
delivery and collection of your order
we aim to despatch orders within 72 hours of receipt. Generally, orders in Sussex and PO 1-22 postcodes should be received the morning after despatch. we will advise you by e-mail or SMS (text) if you'd prefer on the day of despatch. orders despatched to most other areas on mainland U.K. (with the exception of Scottish highlands which may take longer) should arrive the day after despatch. we will be using a Sussex based courier service - Fastway Couriers for most of our deliveries.

returns
if you're not entirely happy with any of your purchases from us (or any of the goods are damaged or faulty), please contact us and we will refund you in full when we receive the goods back. please advise us of faulty or damaged goods within 7 days.
toy and balloon safety
our toys comply with the European toy safety regulations and carry a CE mark where appropriate. please be aware that some toys are unsuitable for under 3's. adults should inflate balloons and need to supervise children under 8 with their use.
